The ad constitutes false advertising. I did not receive the weed auger, the extender bar, or the free drill. Now every time I call a service representative I either get a message to call again later or if it rings to the service department, it just cancels. The augers are satisfactory but backbreaking without the extender bar. I have notified the Better Business Bureau and they say they are lookiing into it. Mine is not their first complaint.

I saw the informercial last year and tried to order the auger but the page wouldn't open, I only saw the informercial once and didn't get the phone number. I just tried again today to order it and found tons of complaints. After reading the complaints (49 not including the ones on this page) I was glad I didn't get to place my order last year.

I read and re-read the ad thoroughly before ordering. It said nothing about additional shipping charges to obtain the "free extender, weed auger, and power drill. I finally got a response to my e-mail (customer serv. by phone was never available). They said the items were indeed free, but the additional shipping for the weed auger/extender was $7.95; for the corded drill was $19.95 and the cordless drill was $39.95. The ad never mentioned anything additional. It appeared to be a complete package. This is a real scam in advertising. I will keep the 3" and 4" auger, because the shipping to return isn't worth it. I wish I had found this site first. Live and learn.

Awsome Auger got me, too..... no extension and no pin to connect it; also have tried calling them at all hours for 10 days and only get the message to call back later - I will wrap it and try to send the two pieces I did get back - and eat the shipping, I guess..... don't order from them if you read this.....

Unfortunately they got me too. They did not send to drill, extension. I called and she indicated for me to call back because the computer was down. Scam, scam, scam. The commercial should be prohibited because they're not living up to their agreement.

I placed my order, and when it was completed they recapped my order. It gave my subtotal as $19.99, my shipping as $56.85, and my total as $76.84.
I called and they told me the shipping on the auger was $8.95, on the attachment was $7.95, and on the drill was $39.95. They are all sent separately and shipping is billed separately.
They said I couldn't cancel for 48 hours.
